01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Registration & Account Verification

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) UFO77 account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed, with balances refunded after deducting any bonuses that have been used.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport
• An active and reachable email address
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Exact date of birth

07 Player Conduct & Prohibitions

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the ufo77 platform for money laundering or any financial criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the security systems of the UFO77 platform.
• Transferring funds between different member accounts without UFO77's authorisation.
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Ufo77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activities, money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the responsible gaming program.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the ufo77 customer support team via live chat. All valid remaining funds will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

09 UFO77 Liability Limits

UFO77 shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• In-game losses resulting from valid RNG outcomes.
• Unauthorised third-party access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen events beyond UFO77's control (force majeure).
• Decisions made based on inaccurate information provided by the player themselves.

Under no circumstances shall UFO77's total maximum liability to any player exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim is made.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
